Please note: During sales and promotional periods we are unable to guarantee shipping and delivery times due to the high volume of orders. Orders will be processed by time and date received. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

All orders for delivery to mainland UK are shipped via the DHL Express delivery service. Please ensure you provide a correct mobile number and email address as DHL will update you on a delivery window by text and email.
Outside the UK mainland, orders are shipped via the DHL Express delivery and can take 13-15 working days. Due to courier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or APO addresses.
Eurozone deliveries are despatched from the Netherlands, so all taxes and duties are included in the price you pay.

We deliver to the following European countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Vatican City.

We now prepay all custom taxes and duties for all deliveries to the US. All you pay is the price you see at checkout, and product is less likely to be held at customs. However, random spot checks do occur on occasion. We use UPS for all US orders, on a fully tracked service, and work closely with them to ensure your order is received promptly.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All prices are listed in GBP. For EU customers, the equivalent amount will be charged in EUR based on the current exchange rate.
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed, and on the same day for orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible and we regret we cannot make any amendments to purchases once ordered.
If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better – for example, your work address.
Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.
We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery.
Even if your order arrives in two packages you will only pay one shipping cost for your order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.
